Items Not Received / Lost In Post
Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive especially if it has been posted to a location outside of the UK. If after a sensible period of time has passed and you still have not received an item then please inform us and contact your local sorting office to check that the item hasn’t been taken back to the depot and a card not left.
As soon as we hear from you, we will immediately contact both Royal Mail UK and your local posting or sorting office in your country of residence (office location nearest to your registered eBay address) and launch an investigation for internal fraud or theft in transit. A replacement product will later be sent to you. If the product is no longer available, then you will be refunded in full.
