Shipping is free to Mainland UK only - Fully tracked. Please allow a few working days to receive.

Please note that additional postage costs may be needed forNorthern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. This is usually around £10. Where possible, this extra charge will be waved.

Overseas shipping is available on request and usually cost around £40-45 unless bought via eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Foreverbabies apologise but we are not able to deliver to PO Box, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

In the unlikely event you require a refund, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of the doll.

Refunds are only accepted if the doll is returned in an unused state and you have notified us immediately after receiving the doll. Only when we are in receipt of the doll within 30 days of purchase then a full refund will be given. The doll must be returned with tracking details emailed to us and paid for by the buyer.

Foreverbabies offer free minor repairs but postage BOTH ways must be paid for by the buyer.

It is very important to note that we only post to the address that is held by Ebay and Paypal. This is to protect us both. These are Ebay's rules and we must adhere to them as posting to another address will make the protection of the buyer and seller invalid.
