Sony BVH-3100 1" NTSC Type C Video Tape Recorder / Player (VTR)

This recorder does power on.  However, we are unable to test it further and it is being sold AS IS.  The number 5 board is missing, otherwise it appears to be a complete unit.  Cosmetically it is in good condition with some minor signs of use (SEE PHOTOS).
