Vintage certificate/diploma from The National Board of Examiners, for the Annual Penmanship Test at the Junior High School level.  The certificate is dated March 10, 1941, and was issued to Vernell Grote.  The certificate is in good condition, no tears.  There is some yelowing around the edges, and a pinhole at the top.  There is a slight wrinkle on the paper in the lower left corner.  From a non-smoking home.
