It's a sad day when we finally say goodbye to 'Camilla' who has been my mums faithful little steed from new. We recently replaced her with a more modern car (much to mums disgust) and she is now up for sale. She is a 1.3gx model, which has added 'zip' over the boring 1.0 engines. She benefits from central locking, cd mulitichanger, rev counter, sunroof, and various other little niceties. She has fairly new alloy wheels and very good tyres. Overall there are a few marks around the car but I would describe her as in very good condition, and her pearlescent green paint glows in sunlight.
This little car was purchased new in 1998, and PDI'd by myself as I worked as a technician at Birchwood Nissan, in Tunbridge Wells. It has had an annual service every year with the MOT, and about 6 years ago I replaced the rusty front panel which is a Micra fault. Other that that it has had the front brake pads changed once, a new rear silencer, and a pair of CVgaitors. This car has never broken down and only failed to start once due to a flat battery which was also replaced. Not bad for an 18year old car!!!
Anyway, these small cars are becoming rarer by the day and quite sought after for first time drivers.
