Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase.  Only PayPal is accepted as form of payment.

Please allow 1 business days for processing before your order will ship.  If an item is needed sooner, contact and ask.  Sometimes exceptions can be made.  USPS or UPS are the ONLY carriers used for shipment and is entirely up to the discretion of the shipper.

Once purchased, you are contractually obligated to complete transaction.  That being said, mistakes do happen.  If an order needs to be canceled, please contact us  as soon as possible.  Once an order has been paid for and shipped however, it is too late to cancel.  Please be sure you want the item before committing to purchase.

Returns are not accepted.  Mistakes occasionally happen though, so if the item is incorrect or a serious flaw was overlooked in the description, please contact us and we will make it right.  Contact us before leaving feedback as we always aim to please our customers.
