Buying Policy
  • In case Product  is faulty Buyer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery time and can initiate exchange within 2 days.
    Note: This is not applicable on manufacturer-sealed / Factory Sealed products.
  • Product sold under manufacturer warranty should be sent to the respective brands Service Centre for required services 
  • No warranty products we assume No seller responsibility, 
  • Product will be delivered in original packing.
  • We are not responsible for yours’ or your technician’s failure
  • No exchange request shall be entertained if you or your technician damages the product during installation of mobile housing, digitizer, batteries etc
  • Products are marked with special signature by us do not send old/defective items
  • Digitizers should be taken to a good technician and first it should be tested.Seller warranty will be closed if signed sticker is peel off from display. Peeling of sticker is mean that you are accepting this display as working.
Item will be exchanged if it has any defects. It should be sent back In Unused Condition in 2 days.
Shipping
  • We ship through reputed couriers and provide shipping information on the same day of shipment
  • We try and ship all orders on the same day if payment is confirmed before 2 pm, Latest we ship in 2 days beyond that we keep the buyers informed.
  • Packing is done in a foolproof manner.
  • Please wait for the courier partner to update courier details it normally takes 48 hours once shipment is handed over to logistics partner
Terms And Conditions
  • Buyers who pay by PaisaPay should check their shipping address before they make the payment. We cannot change the shipping address once the payment is done.
  • Exchange policy stands cancelled if the buyer fails to send the item within the  policy timelines.
  • Image & color of product shown is only indicative, actual product may have different attributes. For specific requests on the same please contact us before buying.
  • Most items are maintained In-Stock but sometimes stocks may run out before we get a chance to update them. If an order comes in for an item which is out of stock, we will try and procure & dispatch the same within 3-5 days. In case, if we find that the ordered item cannot be procured we will issue a refund immediately. Kindly co-operate and avoid leaving Negative and Neutral feedbacks for Refunded Transactions.
