Circa 1950s-60s

This is a wonderful original plastic lidded box, just like the one which my mother used as a counter-top bread bin from before I was born, until the early 1980s but I think it may actually be the box for a picnic set.

Either way it is a delightful accessory for any retro or shabby chic country kitchen. 

It is in white plastic with a caramel coloured lid, it is a large airtight storage box, ideal for any kitchen or picnic.

In very good clean vintage condition. There are a few marks to the outside of the white plastic but nothing which would put me off using it. Please remember it is at least 40 years old.  Please see ALL photos.

Approx measurements: 14" x 10" and 6" deep. 9" tall with lid on.
