Factor Me is a small UK Limited company established in 2006. We specialize in Bags and Accessories. Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer (UK only) .
International orders - please make payment by PAYPAL only. We DO NOT accept payment by any other Methods. 

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only)  or e-cheque, and remember to enclose your ebay user id & item description.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our 'cut off' time for same day & special delivery postage is 2pm. Sometimes, we can still accomodate next day delivery after our usual cut off time but it can not be guaranteed.  If you order your item on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, your item will be posted on the next working day. 

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only) or e-cheque.

If you do not live in the UK please e-mail through the eBay message where we will do our best to obtain the very best postage price for you. 

The majority of our UK parcels are currently sent by Royal Mail or UPS. We also use Amazon fulfillment warehouses to dispatch our stock during busy periods. If you have not received your parcel within 5 - 7 days of receiving the e-mail to confirm dispatch, please contact us so that we can start our trace procedures. 

Unfortunately, as with all other sellers, we have no control over delivery of the parcel once it has left our store and we are very much at the mercy of Royal Mail or whatever Courier used. 

If your parcel has not arrived, it may be simply that the parcel is sitting in your local post office awaiting collection because the postman failed to leave a card.  

If a parcel is returned to us because you fail to collect it in time, we reserve the right to re-charge the additional postage we will have to pay to send your item again.

Please do not leave us negative or neutral feedback or low stars before speaking or contacting us. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and the quality of items we sell. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or the service received , we really need to know so that we can learn from our mistakes and hopefully rectify any concerns you have to our mutual satisfaction. We will do our very best to respond to any answerphone messages or e-mails within 24 hours (Mon - Fri)

Returns

Factor me fully complies with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You have up to 14 working days after the date of delivery within which you can return the product(s) for any reason whatsoever, providing it is still in fully saleable condition. Once the sealed packaging of a product has been opened , for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange the product unless it was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state. We DO NOT offer refunds on opened fragrance or beauty products. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the postage costs to return the item back to us. The goods remain your responsibility until received back in store, so please obtain proof of posting.  (We recommend you send the parcel back to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery so you can track it's progress) 

Genuinely faulty goods will be exchanged (if replacements available) or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please e-mail us upon receipt.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs (both ways). We will not refund your postage charge for items that were simply not liked or unsuitable but, providing they are in fully saleable condition , we will refund the full price of the returned product upon receipt back to the store.
