Measurements vary on pre-owned items, all measurements are approximate and are taken with the garment lying flat, un-stretched. 

ideal*threads tries to review every item carefully for stains, wear, tears, but sometimes we may overlook something. Please ask if you think you see a defect so that we can reexamine the item.  

Items under a pound will be shipped USPS first class in a poly bag. Items over a pound are shipped USPS Priority, either a bubble poly bag or box.

We do not guarantee an odor free environment because our inventory comes from a wide variety of vendors. Suggested that all items be washed before wear.

We have a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs if your order contained "Free Shipping". 

All items must be paid within 3 days or you order may be cancelled.
