Payment and Sales Tax Information:

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover though Paypal Merchant Services.

Sales Tax Information: We are required by law to charge State/City Sales Tax for any item that is shipped to a state in which we (EPC) or our parent company (CSI Leasing) have a physical representation. These states are as follows: Arizona 7.950%, California 7.500%, Missouri 7.450%, Nevada 8.100%, New Jersey 7.000%, New York 8.00%, Pennsylvania 6.000%, South Carolina 8.000%, South Dakota 6.000%, and Texas 8.250%. Please Note: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and Texas will also require that taxes are charged on inbound shipping costs, as they are considered part of the sale price.

International customers must pay via PayPal in US Dollars, and will submit shipping and import charges at time of checkout, in accordance with the guidelines of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).

Condition Information:

EPC is proud to offer business-grade, off-lease computer equipment of all kinds. Whether it's a laptop, desktop, LCD, printer or one of our other amazing deals, each piece is coming to you off-lease. As such, while the physical condition of the machine may feature small scratches or blemishes, each piece is in good working condition, ready to provide you the best experience possible.

Shipping Information:

EPC primarily uses UPS or USPS to ship items won in our eBay Listings. Though your invoice may show Standard Shipping, we ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective while maintaining our deadline). If you would like to request a specific shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase for approval - either via the eBay Message Center, or Call us at (636) 410-0496. Special request cases may incur additional charges. Signature required for delivery of Orders+Shipping over $500.

Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping are available by special request only, on a case-by-case basis. For Expedited Shipping options and fees, please contact us for approval prior to purchase (either via the eBay Message Center, or call us at (636) 410-0496). For Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping, all Orders must be arranged and paid for by 12:30PM Central Time. All orders paid after 12:30PM Central Time will ship the following day, regardless of any special arrangements.

International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the eBay Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer. We DO NOT ship directly to any international location.

Warranty Information:

EPC includes a 30 Day Warranty for most items. For Warrantied items, EPC accepts returns and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented. The item(s) will be repaired, replaced, or have a refund issued for the order. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Warranty does not apply for International Sales. All International Sales will be subject to the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) Return Policy.
