A Luristan bronze short-sword cast in one piece, with domed pommel, handle with recess either side which probably held organic inlay to aid grip; small penannular guard and blade with a prominent midrib. The whole with a cuprous green-brown patination.
Complete and intact, the metal in stable condion, a small hole worn through in centre of handle at the thinnest point; light earthy accretions in numerous places.
