Great piece of original artwork by John Canning.
This was published in Mighty TV Comic #1326 from 14th May 1977.
It is the first page of a new story featuring Tom Baker as the Dr.
The logo decal was the first one to feature this design so John removed it from the board to be used subsequently on his future pages. Around 50% of the first panel with the Tardis in a time vortex was also excised from the board to be used in a future strip.
Both these panels have been professionally recreated using paint and ink wash and replaced onto the board to complete the page as it was. They are not enlarged laser copies.
All the rest is original and in very nice condition.
Really a lovely page featuring Tom at work in the Tardis.
Comes complete with a copy of the comic.
