Elephant Bank

A nice antique Hausser elephant coin bank from the the 1920s.  It is made of Elastolin (a composite material), hand-painted, with top slot and metal trap door (not working).  It's a very detailed Indian-style elephant, colorful layered saddle blankets and headpiece.  I don't see any markings but it is a known Hausser design.  There is some wear and tear, including a break in the trunk (which still holds together).  A great piece with lots of appeal for the collector.  

Crack in trunk, some crumbling of material and paint loss.  Trap door no key, doesn't stay closed.
