• Rare antique casting toy set 
• very rare and hard to find casting set – – have not been able to find another one of the sets or information on LaSalle Metal Craft company
• Box lid reads "Cast US soldiers an actual fighting position! make as many as you wish!have a lot of fun and learn how to make your own toys" 
• Made in the USA in Chicago 
• This is set number one 
• Instructions are on the inside lid 
• Seven soldiers that have already been cast are included
• all just measure about 1 1/2 inches tall 
• Box measures about 1.5 x 7.5 x 12.5"
• Toy has been used. All pieces show wear. The paint bottle looks like there is some liquid still in it but I don't think it is usable. 
• The box also shows quite a bit of wear, especially on the top cover where there is paint and Ink markings 
• Exact date unknown but circa early 1900s
