2010 G&L USA ASAT Classic Bluesboy Electric Guitar w/OHSC Lindy Fralin Pickups​

Welcome to Musicdungeon, you are bidding on a great piece. This is the 2010 G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy Electric Guitar. 25.5" scale. 1 5/8" nut width. 8 lbs.
This is one of the best G&L guitars I have ever had the pleasure of playing.
We recently acquired the inventory of a large musical instrument retailer. As such we have a large number of exciting pieces coming up. So please keep an eye on our store.
G&L was started by Leo Fender in 1980. Leo often said the G&L's encompassed everything he had wanted to accomplish with Fender.
This ASAT combines the best of vintage and modern- Tele & Les Paul- there's virtually no tone out of your reach here.
The alder body creates a warm super resonant tone with the medium light weight providing good midrange push.
This guitar has a sweet tone unplugged, so you know when you plug in it's going to be something special.
The pickups here have been upgraded to Lindy Fralins and the result is just spectacular.
The cleans are certainly everything you want- from bridge 'Tele' sounds with a bit more 'body' to rolled back tone warmth.
The neck humbucker has excellent note articulation, but, roll back the tone control and you have a nice jazz comp vibe ta your fingertips.
These pickups are very quiet and handle gain very well. A great chunky crunch quality while retaining 'single coil' high end midrange clarity.
The neck position here has the dripping sustain we all love.
This ASAT offers a fantastic tone palette.
The maple/rosewood neck here has a great thin feel- .82" deep at the 5th fret with an oval C profile- this creates exceptional tone transfer. Add to that the 10" fretboard radius and you have a great player.
The icing on the cake is the 3 brass saddle compensated bridge, offering classic resonance and a level of intonation not normally found on a 'Tele'.
The look here is absolutely gorgeous- inky black finish, some great neck figuring, abalone dot inlays, and chrome hardware.
This ASAT Classic Bluesboy is in very good overall condition- typical scratches for a gloss black finish and marks on the guard.
The frets are clean- just set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
