Product is a Open Box.  The Mac Mini has been upgraded to the latest operating systems - macOS Sierra (OS 10.12.1).   Additionally, Microsoft Office 2008 is pre-loaded onto the computer - the boxed software is NOT INCLUDED.  All updates have been completed up to 12/20/2016.  The computer does show some signs of usage including light, heavy and cosmetic scratches - see pictures.  Additionally, the computer has a number etched into the top, along with a written number on top and bottom.  The computer comes with a Apple power cord, Apple Keyboard, Apple Magic Mouse 2, and a generic HDMI cable.  You will receive only items in the photos and listed, as described. The Mac mini "Core 2 Duo" 2.66 (Mid-2010) technically is a "configure-to-order" configuration of the Mac mini "Core 2 Duo" 2.4 (Mid-2010), but also is documented as a separate model for reader convenience. Other than processor, these two models are identical.

The Apple Mac mini "Core 2 Duo" 2.66 (Mid-2010/Aluminum Unibody) features a 2.66 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" (P8800) processor, a 3 MB on-chip level 2 cache, a 1066 MHz frontside bus, 2 GB of 1066 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (PC3-8500) memory, a 320 GB 3 Gb/s Serial ATA hard drive, a slot-loading 8X double-layer "SuperDrive", and a NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor with 256 MB of memory shared with the system.
