  All Buyers:

  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipping date.
  • All returns are at Buyer's expense.
  • Buyer must notify us within 72 hours at arrival of the product if something is wrong please email us through ebay in order to obtain an RMA . All packages that don’t have an RMA number will be refused and sent back to buyer.
  • Items returned within 14 days will be given a refund, less the shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • All returns must include all original items as received: undamaged & unused with all original packaging including manuals, warranty cards, accessories etc. or your return will not be accepted

All packages are hand packed with care and handled, and inspected for quality assurance prior to shipment. We understand that some customers may believe that our prices are higher than most vendors in our field. However we try to take precaution insuring your item arrives to you undamaged and properly working. As such all items exceeding $50.00 are insured for loss or theft so that you may receive your item. We are also are trying to work with e-Bay in order to offer combined shipping in order to save you more money. Unfortunately E-bay does not offer that service yet, as such if you would like to receive a shipping quote for quantity of items please feel free to contact us BEFORE purchase to resolve the issue.
