Nice tall plastic unit to hold your cartridges and controllers with the Atari sitting on top.

It's a Music Mate TC-1000 by ALS Industries

It's in good condition, shows some wear, but the top does have two small cracks:  one in the front left corner, one in the rear right corner.

It has slots for 27 cartridges.  Intellivision games don't fit.
