You are bidding on an Official Vintage Rest of the World shirt of the style as worn in the 1987 Football League Centenary match played at Wembley on 8th August 1987. The match was to celebrate 100 Years of the Football League and featured a Football League XI vs a Rest of the World XI. The rest of the world XI featured playes such as Platini, Maradona, Lineker, Josimar, Futre, Berthold & Stojkovic.
The jersey is made by Umbro. The shirt tag size has been cut but it is Adult Large, a felt '9' on the back. The shirt has long sleeves (Both teams played in short sleeves on the day, and does not feature the arm patches worn on the day). Number 9 on this day was French Legend Michel Platini.
