Please follow the guide below to take measurements. When you measure, please wear the same shoes or one of similar height, that you are planning to wear on the big day.

• Wedding dresses are fitted garments, so alternation is common. For your peace of mind, we always leave enough margin for alternation. All dresses allow to be altered one size up or down.
• The sizing of bridal dresses does not correspond to your regular dress size. So please do not buy by your regular dress size.
• Do not worry if your size does not fall into any of the standard size. We can custom make this dress according to your measurements. Read the following section for measuring guide.
  

Due to the variation in monitor color settings, the color shown on your computer screen might look slightly different. If you are not sure about the color, please order a set of color swatch from our website, which will be handy for you to mix and match.

• All parcels will be shipped via registered shipping service. We will provide you a tracking number once your order is sent.
• We check everything carefully before shipping. Your dress and accessories will be wrapped in plastic bags, then packed in the box, and finally wrapped with sticky tape all around.
• We take great care to package all dresses and accessories in accordance to the shipping standards set by each respective carrier to prevent breakage. We insure each shipment for the full value of the order. Should an order be lost or damaged in transit, we'll either make a new dress or issue a full refund.
• Take advantage of a combined shipping discount if you buy multiple items from us at the time of checking out.
• The standard lead time is 20 working days after payment is received. If you need the dress urgently, we have rush order service for a rush order processing surcharge. Please check with us before placing a rush order, because we may not be able to take rush orders in busy seasons.
