1773 William Pitt Medal Betts-522

We have a nice medal here that measures about 26mm of Lord Chatham (William Pitt Elder of the Stamp Act fame). This one is Betts no. 522. Pitt was one of a very few friends American colonists had in England. Historically important figure!
