Nice Victorian  or French EX  Large Lamp Shade with Gorgeous " Mosaic"  Decorator Fabric and Contrasting  Trim .    6" Bead Fringe Adorn this Beauty.  Top is 4" across, Height is 13 1/2" or 17 1/2" with Fringe , and 17 1/2" at widest point on the bottom.  This has a Washer fitting for a Harp.
