When is payment due?
All payments are due within 48 hours of the purchase of the item. We will allow longer on a case by case basis. Please Contact us if you need longer to pay.

If I order more than 1 item, can shipping be combined and will there be a discount?
Yes we do combine shipping, and will discount the shipping for items that can be shipped together. Please allow 2 hours for an updated invoice.

Is local pickup available?
Yes we would be glad to have you come to our location in East Texas and pick up your item. Please contact us once to let us know you would like local pickup.

How long until my item is shipped?
We ship every day, so most items are shipped the same day the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends so items purchased on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

What is the return policy?
Returns are only accepted if we make a mistake or product does not function as stated in our listing. We accept return for 14 Days after the purchase with the buyer paying the return shipping. We will return the purchase price after the item is returned.
