If we receive an order after this time, it is despatched with the
following days orders. No orders are despatched on weekends or bank holidays.
We send all out items on as Royal Mail 24 unless upgraded to a courier
service (see below)

not classed as lost until 15 working days after their due date but if your item

courier service, we send all out items on UK Mail Next day service
