Our stock is treated with the care and attention it deserves from the moment we receive it until the moment it leaves us in B&O packaging on its way to your home. Shipping

We pride ourselves on being the very best at packing your new products. We use brand new original B&O packaging, our normal practice is to reinforce the B&O packaging to improve durability in transit and again as standard practice we wrap all items in black pallet wrap to improve security of your precious order. We work closely with a bespoke packaging supplier for all our ancillary packaging items to give us industry leading protection and security on each and every item shipped. We have regular custom from all over the world shipping on a regular basis to every corner of the globe with our shipping partners UPS. 

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted providing they are returned within 14 days within the original packaging at the customers cost providing no physical damage has occurred to the item while in your care. Please be advised that Timeless AV Ltd cannot accept orders returned due to customs issues in your country. Please check custom requirements if you are at all unsure of any import taxes etc before placing your order. Re-stocking can be agreed in certain circumstances but a re-stocking charge will be applied at 25% of order value after 4 weeks and 50% after 8 weeks of invoice date. Anything after 8 weeks is exempt.

Payment

Payment can be made by Paypal, bank transfer or debit/credit card. If paying by Paypal we can only ship to the addres linked with your PayPal account.
