Dell Latitude E6430 14" Notebook 2.70GHz i5-3340M 128GB SSD. The battery charges but doesn't hold a charge for long.  Needs a new one. 

No  charger included. 

When turned on it goes to bios type page.  I'm not sure if this means you need to install a new version of Windows.  

Has some scratches and minor marks. Also has a sticker and some sticker residue on the lid.
