Return and Warranty Policy
Ebay Surplus Guarantee Return Policy:
Ebay Surplus is guaranteed to be in working order and is guaranteed for 12 months. All guarantees are issued by us and not the manufacturer and will be honoured by PLC CONNEX. If the unit is found to be defective within 12 months of the invoice date, return it to receive a free replacement or item repair. (If you need to make a guarantee return claim, please contact us at +48 56 682 81 91 or eshop@plcconnex.com. All surplus products sold by PLC CONNEX are guaranteed only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defects (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any such defective products (or part thereof as determined by ourselves) free of charge to our customer. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account with an amount equal to the sum you paid us for the item. Any guarantee claim must be received before the end of the 12 months guarantee period, enclosed with the return of the claimed defective product and within this period. Ebay Surplus Non-Guarantee Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with a product from PLC CONNEX Ebay Surplus, you may return it within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will be charged on all non-guarantee returns. Returns that do not relate to a guarantee claim will not be accepted more than 14 days after the invoice date. 'New Surplus Factory Package' (NSFP) may be an older series or style or be weathered, or discoloured. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date of manufacture or the cosmetic condition of the product or packaging. All 'Used Surplus'' and 'New Surplus'' items are repackaged in custom shipping containers. Surplus may not be supplied with manuals or other accessories normally supplied with factory new items. Refunds will only be issued after receipt and testing. Products must be returned in as-purchased condition and be accompanied by all included documentation.
