Payment

Payment by Paypal or bank transfer preferred. Collecting in person then cash payment is preferred. Multiple items may be eligible for postage discount - please ask.

Shipping

We will try to ship within 1-2 days of payment. Domestic rate shipping is for UK mainland only and a surcharge will apply to Highlands and Islands destinations.

Terms of Sale

We describe all items as honest as we can, however, if for some reason you are really unhappy with your purchase, that's not good for either of us, so we will always refund the purchase price (not the postage costs) on safe receipt of the goods back here. Damaged goods are different, we do pack items extremely well, but they are delicate items. If your item arrives in several pieces, we'll replace it on being sent a photograph of the sad remains.

We always obtain proof of posting, but really cannot be responsible for the post office's whimsical delivery standards, We do offer a recorded delivery service, and would strongly advise that you use it. If you don't, and the item goes missing, we'll send you the proof of posting so that you can make a claim from the post office. If you choose the recorded delivery option and it still goes missing, We'll sort it out and refund your money.

 Collections

We can arrange collection from SE London with 48 hours notice. Items must be collected within 7 days.

Returns

We accept returns for valid and honest reasons only. Buyer must notify us within 14 days of receiving goods that they wish to return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when listed / dispatched by us.

Buyer is liable for return transport / postage costs.
