DescriptionHere's an old Art Deco faux tortoise shell brooch featuring a hand carved fan with an open work design and mother-of-pearl and silver inlay. It's in fair condition and will be sold as-is. The top layer of shiny material is missing or had peeled off in several spots. There's no cracks of breaks, so maybe it could be restored. The inlay work appears to be in tact and the c-clasp closure could use some work. This must of been someones favorite, you can tell it was definitely loved in its' time.
