- Items under 2kg are usually dispatched on the same working day if purchased by 2.00 PM.

- Bulky items or items over 2kg are usually collected by a courier the next working day.

- Postage charges for bulky items or items over 2kg sent to Northern Ireland, Highlands or any UK Islands might be higher than those for Mainland UK (please contact the seller if in doubt). 

- European or worldwide postage charges for bulky items or items over 2kg might be higher than those stated for the international postage (please contact the seller if in doubt).

- Please note that all glass items and body panels (doors bonnets wings & boot lids) are sent at buyers risk, we do our best to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against damage/breakages, we would strongly recommend buyer collection of these types of items.

RETURNS POLICY: 

- All returned goods must carry our markings and be returned in the same condition as sent. Refunds exclude the shipping cost. We must be notified within 7 days of faulty goods Customers will be liable for all carriage charges associated with the return of the goods. Once goods are returned and checked a refund can then be made. All electronic devices such as ECU’s or sensors are not returnable due to the fact that any electronic item could get damaged when being fitted to a faulty vehicle.
