- High value shipments will only be sent by Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance. For example: if you purchase an item for $99 and the S&H fee is $35. The total payment is $134. This order will only be sent by Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance. A high value shipment is any payment over $100.
- We have no control over delivery times. About 50% of the international mail we send are delivered in 10 to 14 days. But the other 50% takes about three to five weeks to be delivered.
- We do not add S&H fees to the item’s value. For example: if you purchase an item for $29.99 and the S&H fee is $22, the value stated for customs is only $29.99 – not $51.99.
- Shipments to high risk countries are sent by Priority Mail with tracking number and insurance. Most high risk countries (but not all) are located in Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
- We reserve the right to upgrade and change the method of shipping, to any country where we have experienced a high rate of lost packages.
