Warranty and returns
We offer a very fair and easy to use returns policy. We accept returns whether the phone is faulty or if you have just changed your mind. Our returns window is 31 days for a faulty item or 14 days if you have changed your mind.
Returning an item if you’ve changed your mind
You are welcome to return any phone within 14 days. Just contact us and we will guide you through the steps to return the phone for a full refund. In these cases the phone must be in the same condition and return postage costs are covered by the buyer.
Returning a faulty item
We provide a 31 day warranty for any faulty goods. If you have any problems please just contact us and we will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement. The warranty covers any faults that may occur with your phone, but obviously does not cover cases when the phone has been blatantly damaged by the buyer, for example if you drop the phone and the screen breaks.
PLEASE NOTE: Recently we had a case of a buyer attempting to return a phone by opening a PayPal case, and returning a completely different phone. Please be aware we do keep sales records and IMEI numbers on a database and anyone attempting fraud such as this will be reported and the relevant evidence will be supplied. Because of scams like this we can now only issue refunds or replacements upon receipt of returned phones (which is eBay policy), we will issue a full refund on the same day the return is received.
