Catalogue numbers and values are 2015 Scott. Any significant smudges or spots seen in scan but not mentioned in description are not present on the actual item, but only on the scan. Mail has almost always been reliable to the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, some countries in Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Israel and usually China. For large amounts, multiple lots may need to be sent in more than one shipment.
