You are looking at a Barlow 26 Australia Sailboat boat winch. Base Diameter is 6 1/2". Top Diameter is 5". Height is 6". Cosmetic wear. Needs polishing. 6 hole base. I believe they are brass chrome plated or alot of stainless steel. Used condition.
