1st edition Shining Gyarados and Shining Magikarp from Neo Revelation 65/64 66/64. I would say the card is in mint condition, but I listed it as NM/MT as I am not a professional grader. Check the photos for the condition and try to grade it yourself. No scratches on the holo, close to perfect centering and very minimal specks of whitening on the back. The card has never been played with and has always been in a penny sleeve and toploader. I ship the next day after payment - USPS first class with tracking.
