Engraved frontispiece, two engraved plates (one is a folding), 7 illustrations in the text, one outline map of the campaign with coloured inserts and one large folding plan of the Field of Waterloo with some colouring.
A little general page browning and scattered foxing. slight fraying to a few page edges. The folding map is browned down the edges and with several tears on the folds.
Boards a re a little rubbed and faded.
