Awesome Trinket/ Candy Dish by Portieux Vallerysthal done in Blue Opaline Milk Glass, also know as their Robin's Egg Blue.  Very elegant and graceful lines, beautiful opaque qualities.  This stands just under 8" tall and is beautiful.  This does have some minor inside rim chips or roughness from removing from mold - I am truly not sure.  Please look at all photos, I tried very hard to get good ones of the condition of this item.
