Has been played with - so some scratches and nicks.  Look at photos carefully.

Father figure has spats, cane and hat.  Both doors have door knobs/handles.   Has original chimney, chimney cap, and roof edging.  Ground floor has ALL curtains rods and curtains.  Includes 4 of original vintage pictures (adhesive has worn off)  -  displayed on attic floor.  Original wallpaper in good condition but needs to be reglued or reattached in a few places.  Upper floor has plastic like lace window treatments.  Fern on patio is missing a few branches. 

I will mostly ship intact, but a few pieces will need to be taken off to keep shipping costs down (e.g. the chimney, the front steps and the patio).  Reattaching will be very simple.  Since the rest is just snapped together and not glued, a few other pieces might come apart during shipping.  The box is big because there is so much padding to keep it intact.
