Most of my items are purchased second-hand from Re-sell stores, Garage sales, Consignment shops, etc. I cannot verify that any given item did or did not come from a Smoke or Pet Free home. I do Febreze everything and try to thoroughly inspect items for holes, stains, fading, wash wear and make notes of any other defects; however, it is possible for me to miss something, so please send a message before leaving neutral or negative feedback.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I do accept returns within 30 days and there is a 10% restocking fee to cover the shipping charges, ebay & paypal fees and other expenses.

I always provide Postal Tracking numbers, but quite often, Postal carriers misplace packages. If your item should have arrived and is not there, please contact me and I will email them for you.
