You are buying a two volume set of the  History of the Secession Church by Rev. John McKerrow.

This 900+  page hard cover, with leather spine and corners, set of books was published in 1845 by A. Fullarton and Company of Edinburgh and London.

The 8 1/2 inch by 5 1/2 inch books show wear to the covers, especially at the corners and edges...the leather spines are mostly missing...but I still have most of the pieces.

The binding is slightly loose...the inside pages show browning and spotting...and wavy pages.
