I bought this new and have used it for a while.  It is in good condition and still works fine.  The screen looks good, and it uses the original battery.  The only issue is the power button in the top left corner of the remote requires a bit more pressure for it to trigger.  There's some visible wear on the back of the remote as shown in the pictures.  It includes everything in the retail packaging (see pictures).
