As always, I welcome International buyers. This TV is small and light enough to ship it lower priced USPS to many countries. It can also be shipped to most International Airports by Pilot Air Freight.

Classic 1949 GE, General Electric model 10T5 table top 10” TV in all-original blonde mahogany veneer cabinet. Cabinet cosmetics are are just fair overall because the blond painted finish has dried out and is flaking off. It needs to be stripped and repainted, the veneer underneath looks to be in great shape. The faceplate, glass and brass control plate trim are all in excellent condition. This great looking little set has the original tan colored knobs but no back or AC cord. This is a very rare blond model worth refinishing.

The chassis/electronics appear to be complete with the exception of the aluminum screen top of the high voltage cage. The electronics are mostly all-original with a few old repairs. The speaker has a tear in the cone. Comes as shown with all tubes including the original General Electric 10FP4 picture tube and all are untested. The picture tube still holds it vacuum and displays well.

I buy, sell and collect vintage TV’s, I do no electronic restorations/repairs. I am selling this set as pictured, as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns. This 60+ year old TV must be looked over, safety checked and repaired/restored by a qualified technician before use.

The picture tube may work perfectly or not at all. If you don’t want to take a chance on it, that is fine with me. I will subtract $50 from the final sale price and adjust the shipping costs for less weight.

TV measures 16 1/2” tall, 13 1/2” wide, 20” deep and weighs 50 lbs.

This is the approximate size and weight of the box to be shipped from Seminole, FL 33776. Feel free to check rates to your address. Boxed cabinet with chassis and picture tube shipped in place as when new, 21” tall, 18” wide, 24” deep, weight 60 lb.

Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost $20 and FedEx Ground shipping (cheapest/ best handling ground service) will cost approximately $85.00 depending on where you live. This is only an estimate, the buyer is to pay all shipping costs even if it goes past my best estimate. I will refund any extra money if it ships for less. I do everything I can to keep cost down but some areas of the U.S. are higher than others. There is no charge for my packing labor.

Don’t want to spend money on packing and shipping? Come get it or send a friend who is passing through or vacationing here. I live in the St. Petersburg area on the west coast of Florida. uShip is always a good alternative too, www.uship.com

Please e-mail any questions you might have before bidding. Packing materials, shipping and insurance at cost. Never a packing fee, just my wholesale packing material costs and exactly what the Post Office/FedEx Ground charges me. Shipping quotes in the U.S. include insurance.

International Bidders only: The handling charge is for packing supplies and insurance. This can be shipped by United States Postal Service to all countries that have maximum 108” size,(shortest measurement all the way around plus longest side). The rate will be provided under the, “Shipping an payments” tab when you choose the country it is to be shipped to. If it does not calculate then that country may have a 79” limit and it can not be shipped there by USPS. If you pay through PayPal it must be valued and insured at the full price. If USPS will not insure it at full value then other payment/risk arrangement will have to be made.

No bidders with excessive negative feedback. Zero (0) bidders must e-mail me and identify themselves before bidding or they will be removed. This is to make it fair for all legitimate buyers.
