Gorgeous antique Edwardian tea dress, composed of ladies lightweight cotton gauze and alternating panels of Bobbin Lace and embroidery.  Delicate bobbin lace features florals and geometric embellishment.  Alternating panels feature Whitework embroidery and cutwork eyelets.  Extensive vertical panels at bodice and skirt, broken by horizontal inserts at waist and bottom of skirt.  Additional lace appliques at elbows.  Secures down back with buttons and hook and eye closures.
