This is a very RARE collectable and was sold exclusively at the Warner Bros Stores in the year 2000. It measures approximately 21" x 17" and is about 3" deep and comes with a sealed certificate of authenticity. 

Using 4 C batteries (included) the picture comes to life featuring sound, lights and movement.  The Joker (Mark Hamill) and Harley Quinn (Arlene Sorkin) are up to their typical antics in Gotham City pulling their latest crime - only to have Batman (Kevin Conroy) and Robin (Mathew Valencia) save Gotham from this diabolical duo.
