The Slime Bike Inner Tube is pre-filled with gooey sealant to instantly seal and repair punctures so you don't get a flat tyre in the middle of your cycle ride. 
Suitable for 26" bike wheels with presta type valves this inner tube is a key item for on-the-go cyclists who might encounter several small punctures when out riding.

  • Delivery is normally within 2-3 days after your order has been placed to the Mainland UK and within 5-7 days to offshore and remote locations
  • Our carriage charge is as stated on the listing for mainland uk locations
  • We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date however we would recommend that items are despatched several days beforehand to ensure delivery for the date.
  • All items require a signature on delivery.
  • If no one is available when our couriers call they will leave a calling card to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse.
  • If your item has not arrived within 2-3 days of the confirmed shipping date (5-7 days for offshore and remote addresses) please contact us, we can then find the consignment number for your order and chase it up on your behalf.
  • Due to security reasons, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
  • All of our products come with a year's manufacturer's guarantee
  • If any parts are missing, faulty, or develop a fault during the 12 month guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is important to keep all of the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase as these are required if the item is needed to be collected by our courier.
  • In the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, please send an email to info@roaduserdirct.co.uk or call 01733 565059.  
  • If any goods are returned owing to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the postage charges.
  • If any goods are returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided  that all goods are returned in a perfect, saleable condition within 7 days.  However, there will be a collection fee of £20 for our courier to do this. 
  • The customer will be responsible for the postage costs of returning faulty items. If after inspection the item is confirmed faulty we will refund you postage costs in full.
  • If no fault is found the item will be returned to the customer, but only after the return postage costs have been paid by the customer
  • If any goods are returned which you feel are faulty, we will usually either repair or replace it free of charge if these are found to be a genuine fault of the manufacturer.  Alternatively we will send the replacement parts to solve the problem.
