PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PAYPAL. All international sales MUST be paid via PAYPAL.

International buyers:

The seller is not responsible for the import/custom charge.

The import charge may include customs duties, taxes, and third-party brokerage. These costs are charged at the border and are paid by the buyer.

We expect payment within three (3) days after the auction ends.

Sales Tax applies to Arizona orders only and will be calculated at checkout.

There is no charge for local pick-up but sales tax does apply.

SHIPPING

We ship, USPS and UPS, to the 48 states and international. 

We use DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (included in shipping charge).

We use SHIPPING INSURANCE on all orders (included in handling charge).

We COMBINE SHIPPING and handling charges whenever possible. Save with multiple item orders.

We ship next business day, if payment is received after 12:00 p.m., and during the day, if payment is received before 12:00 p.m.

Local pickup is available and free.

 RETURN&REFUNDS

 Return/refund will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included. Shipping and handling is non-refundable (will not be returned) and must be paid by the buyer.

Damaged items during shipping are not accepted for return and must proceed with a claim. The shipping companies require that the damage be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Failure to report the damage within the 3 day period will not be accepted. In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 3 weeks to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved.
