Domestic Shipments:

  • We ship via USPS using first class (2-5) business days, priority (2-3 business days), parcel post (5-10 business days) or media mail (time varies) depending on the item.
  • A small handling fee is included in charges for shipping & handling. This fee is to offset direct Out of Pocket expenses including packing materials, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue paper, mailers, tape, boxes, etc. and time & labor required to ensure your purchase is safely wrapped.
  • Shipment always comes with delivery confirmation and tracking number.
  • Shipping address must be PayPal confirmed address. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs. of payment Monday-Friday.

International Shipments:

  • Listings include shipping rates to USA and Canada-contact us for a shipping quote to other regions
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Warranty:

  • All new and used items are covered by a 14 day warranty
  • Buyer has 14 days from delivery date to test an item and report any problems or issues. Any problems reported after 14 days will not be covered by warranty.
  • We do not test or warranty battery charge length for any included batteries
  • No warranty on items that have been tampered with or altered
  • No warranty on items listed as "For Parts or Not Working"

 

Returns:

  • Please contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected
  • Items must be returned within 5 days after receiving the RMA number
  • Please read all listing details carefully prior to ordering-buyer is responsible for parts compatibility
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the item is DOA  and buyer wants a replacement
  • All returned items must be unaltered and in the same exact condition as received by the purchaser. All returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure the item is the same item sold and in the same condition sold. Items received in any other condition will not be refunded or replaced. Please package your return well-if it is returned damage we cannot refund your purchase
