It’s a used MC MINOLTA CELTIC 1:2.8 f = 35mm. Lens No. is 4021458. Made in JAPAN. It is in fair condition, though there seem to be some thin scratches on the glass and a dent on the rim.  I don't know too much about camera lenses and thus cannot handle many inquiries. There is no case for this lens.  There is no manual or other accessories included in this auction.
