SHIPPING:  Regular shipping to USA is $2.00.  Other countries $3.00 (add $0.25 for each additional item).  Mandatory registered mail to Egypt, China, India and other Asian countries, Lebanon, Italy, and Russia (add another $13 for registered mail).
